Safety Rules (Digital)

You MUST know these rules. If you don’t follow safety rules, you could get hurt, or worse.

# 1. Always wear safety glasses

If you aren’t in the classroom, you must wear safety glasses - no exceptions.

# 2. Proper dress code

You must wear leather boots, jeans, and a cotton shirt. Long sleeves, hoodies, etc, are not allowed in the shop.

# 3. NO horseplay

Simple as that.

# 4. Two people to a machine, minimum.

Keep a buddy system when working on a machine so that if something bad were to happen, someone can E-STOP the machine.

# 5. Long hair must be controlled

Long hair can get caught in machines. Tie it up or use a hair net.
